Guided tour in English, An approved tour guide will make you discover Perpignan’s beautiful heritage.
A refreshing morning tour of the city’s heritage! Perpignan, the former capital of the Kingdom of Majorca, has been awarded the « Ville d’art et d’histoire » (City of Art and History) label and boasts an exceptional civil and religious heritage. Accompanied by a guide, wander through the narrow streets of Perpignan to discover its history and rich heritage, from medieval architectural gems to Art Nouveau and Art Deco buildings.
Visit accessible to people with reduced mobility. Loans on request (subject to availability): folding tripod, stroller.
Reservations are recommended.
Remember to arrive at the Perpignan Tourist Office at least 15 minutes before departure.
Tour proposed by the Heritage Animation Service (City of Art and History – CIAP) and the Perpignan Tourist Office, and presented by a tour guide lecturer approved by the Ministry of Culture.
